I decided to write a poem about fear. My point of view on the topic, as well as what my poem explores, is that fear is just a psychological reaction that occurs when we feel that we are under the perception of danger leading to the need to avoid/escape from the feeling. My poem mostly applies to the fear of the unknown, and how people usually use the reason of not knowing the outcomes to not take risks during frightening situations. I believe that the way you handle the situation is yours to make, but you will never know what could have happened if you don't take that leap of faith.
Two Perspectives
Fear.
It's just a feeling,
you can get over it.
You can either chose to accept it,
or you can run away from it.
The choice is yours,
so which will you chose?
